Bubble tape is kind of like a gum paste right? At least that’s what prompted me to try it. And, guess what, it worked! I love these sweet little flowers that are perfect to top a baby cake or cup cake.
How To:
Tear off a 6-inch piece of Bubble Tape and starting at one end, roll it tightly for one turn (pinching at the bottom as you go) and then continue rolling more loosely until you have rolled the whole piece. Pinch the bottom and sit out to dry overnight (flower will begin to become stiff). Make your flowers days ahead if you like. Bubble Tape flowers will hold for up to one week. Watch the video to see how it’s done!
