  2. Hey Lisa! I’m not quite sure what you mean. For a basic pom pom garland, I braid thick layers of yarn into a piece the length of garland I need (I always seem to need longer than I think). Then I make handmade pom poms and tie to the braided piece. https://www.libbiesummers.com/crafts/diy-pom-poms
