Fantasy Football party centerpiece ideas to up your game day game.

YARN FOOTBALL: Using an inexpensive children’s football, I wrapped a full skein of yarn around it, working in various directions and keeping the yarn taunt as I wrapped. The
“laces” were a natural cotton yarn that I dyed with onion skins for a light brown color, dried and tied onto the other yarn…trimming after they were all tied on for uniformity.

GLITTER FOOTBALL: An inexpensive children’s football was spray painted gold and allowed to completely dry. Then the laces area was taped off and Elmer’s glue was brush onto them. Finally, the glitter was sprinkled onto the glued area and the tape was removed!

CHALK BOARD FOOTBALL: An inexpensive children’s football was painted with 3 coats of black chalkboard paint and allowed to dry! So simple and fun. Think of all the things you could write on it.

HERB FOOTBALL: An inexpensive children’s football was covered in parsley sprigs that were hot glued on (this one only lasts for the party!). Dill sprigs were added in after (no glueing necessary) and baby’s breath was added to give the impression of laces. Great for a girly football loving lunch centerpiece!
