Tabletop Tuesday: A Food Centerpiece

By Libbie Summers
Photography by Chia Chong

Often, when one of the items on the menu at a dinner party I’m hosting is exceptionally beautiful, I let it be the centerpiece. I’ll display the intriguingĀ fruit or vegetable in a bowl, under a glass or just in rusted-out old muffin tin. This simple spectacle seems to always start a discussion with my guests and I hope an added moment to appreciate where their food comes from.
