Because I’ll always think of Easter when I put on a hoodie (this will explain why), I decided to let the obsessive memory from my youth inform my Easter baskets. All inspired by a hoodie..all slightly wack…all utterly fantastic!
The Camo
(basket covered in masking tape, camo painted eggs, masking tape moth, masking tape grass)
The Wonder
(red painted wicker basket, blue paper grass, eggs glittered and sprayed gold)
The Yachtie
(basket covered in thick twine using hot glue, cleat tied to side, eggs striped, sand/grass of turbinado sugar)
The Rose
(basket left natural, pink roses hot glued to the edge, grass of Spanish moss, eggs painted pink)
The Polka
(white painted wicker basket, yarn pom poms tied to the handle, grass of purple yarn, modge podge fabric polka eggs)
Happy Easter. May your basket be as bright as your day.
