Quite possibly the most fun gift to give anyone! So “on brand”.

Custom Branded Sprinkles
makes enough to gift someone a pint jar

What you need:
2 large egg whites
2 teaspoons lemon juice
3 cups sifted confectioners sugar
Food coloring (I use gel)
Piping bag
#3 straight whole frosting tip
Parchment or freezer paper
Chef’s knife
Pint Jar with lid and logo

What to do:
Make Frosting: In the bowl of your electric mixer or hand mixer, beat the egg whites with the lemon juice just until slightly frothy. Add the powdered sugar and beat on low until smooth.
Color Frosting: Divide the frosting between the number of bowls needed for the number of colors in the brand. For example: Coca Cola is Red and White so I only needed to color half of the frosting red.
Pipe the Frosting: Lay out a sheet of parchment paper. Fill the pastry bag fitted with the #3 tip with the frosting (working one color at a time) and pipe out lines onto the paper. Allow to dry a minimum of 6 hours or overnight.

Make the Sprinkles: Once the lines of frosting have dried, use a chef’s knife on an angle to scrape up the lines automatically creating SPRINKLES (you can give them a little rough chop if you like them smaller)!!!!
