I decided to take one of my favorite playground games and make it into a party cake of sorts! Hopscotch Brownies!!

Hopscotch Brownies
makes 10

What you’ll need:
A double recipe of your favorite brownies (you need 10 and I like ’em big)
3 cups prepared frosting (colored however you like, that coordinates with your party decor)
Number stencils (1-10) (I bought mine from Home Depot)
Cocoa powder (you could also use powdered sugar or sugar sprinkles)
Sifter
Jordan Almonds (for the “rocks”)

Directions:
Once your brownies have cooled, cut them into large equal size squares. Frost the top of each brownie. Working one at a time, place a single number on top of each frosted brownie and cover the rest of the brownie with paper towels or wax paper (you don’t want the cocoa to sprinkle outside the stencil. Sift the cocoa powder over the stencil and carefully remove the paper towels and the stencil. Continue with the rest of the brownies until you have 1-10. Place in a hopscotch patter on a large cutting board/platter or individual square plates in the form of a hopscotch. Have Jordan almonds on the side for the rocks!!
