Perfectly Grilled Corn

A salt a soak and a slather.

1. Remove silks and pull husks back over the cob.
2. Put cobs in a pot of salted water for 20 minutes.
3. Drain and place on a hot grill.
4. Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.
5. Slather with compound butter (I used blueberry butter! Equal parts pureed blueberries to room temperature butter).
