A Maple Syrup-inspired Meal

When I tasted the bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup from Pappy and Company (Yep, that Pappy and those Pappy barrels) for the first time, it was on pancakes. The second time it was in a pork tenderloin marinade. The third time…I decided this delicious syrup warranted a full meal. Here’s the result of my time testing recipes in my kitchen with 6 bottles of Pappy & Company syrup and one sip of Pappy Van Winkle.
