Savannah is blowing up with blooms! Camellias to be exact. Looking at a beautiful bush outside the studio got me thinking how perfect a single flower can be and how perfectly perfect it could be atop a girly cake for an impromptu garden party. The thing about camellias (if you don’t live in the south) is they are usually brimming with bugs. I always give my camellias a rinse after picking but I still don’t want to risk a bug in my cake.
