Get a delicious butter flavor on your just popped popcorn without all the extra fat.
I used to melt a few tablespoons of butter and pour it over my popcorn, now I only use 1/2 a tablespoon and lots of butter flavor with this method!
Coat the inside of a large bowl with a firm stick of unsalted butter (I use about 1/2 tablespoon).
Pour HOT popcorn into the buttered bowl.
Toss. Salt. Go.
